- If you need the order quickly, contact us and maybe we can expedite (Courier delivery options costing NIS 35 to the house (for purchases over NIS 450, shipping is free. For remote locations and cities, there may be delays in satisfying the shipment).

- The jewelry's warranty is for inlay and silver color only. 
- The replacement of the jewelry will only be given for silver jewelry that has not been altered according to your needs
- There are no returns or exchanges on engraved jewelry or any jewelry with an inscription, returns and exchanges will only be made upon arrival at our service points or by delivery at the customer's expense.
- As soon as the order is launched, you will receive an e-mail message, if you chose pickup, you will receive an email when it is ready for pickup and contact us to coordinate
