If the product was delivered to the customer, the customer has the obligation to return the product to the store via registered mail only. * The refund will be given according to the payment method the customer paid for, and according to the credit company's schedules. For canceling a transaction, 5% of the value of the transaction or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) will be deducted. 5. Warranty
All products sold on the site are new and shipped in their original packaging. A six-month warranty is given for all products on the site, except for cases of unreasonable use.
